Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reputable Signal (“the Service”), operated by Reputable Signal (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reputable Signal is a reputation management platform for local businesses. The Service provides:

  • Google Business Profile review synchronization and management
  • AI-assisted review response drafting
  • Review funnel for customer feedback collection
  • Sentiment analysis and business insights
  • Team collaboration features

3. Account Requirements

You must have a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

4. Google Business Profile Authorization

To use review management features, you must authorize Reputable Signal to access your Google Business Profile. By granting this authorization, you confirm that you are the owner or an authorized manager of the business profile. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings or through the Reputable Signal connection settings.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to draft review responses. AI-generated drafts are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all responses before they are posted to Google. We are not liable for the content of responses you approve and post.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to post fake, misleading, or defamatory review responses
  • Attempt to manipulate Google reviews or ratings
  • Use the Service to access Google Business Profiles you are not authorized to manage
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service
  • Violate Google's Terms of Service or review policies

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We handle your data as described therein.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party APIs (Google, AI providers) that may experience downtime. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party dependencies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reputable Signal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or reputation resulting from review responses posted through the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
